SOLEPT SEMI-PERSONAL GROUP TRAINING MEMBERSHIP FROM £23 PER MONTH…
SolePT offer a variety of exciting Semi-Private Group Training classes at our facility which are open to all abilities of fitness from grass roots right through to elite trainers.
Our focus and drive is on full body conditioning sessions designed to propel your fitness to that next level and increase your overall health and wellbeing, on top of all this your also see vast improvements in your strength, mobility, ability, cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, recovery time, weight loss, clothes sizes and body composition alterations (body measurements) when you check in with your coach.
We have over 20+ pre-scheduled group sessions on our timetable for our SolePT-SP Members as flexibility is key, take advantage of not being stuck to only booking a set time and day for your training each week, mix it around with the variety we offer. Take your pick from Bootcamp, SolePT-Circuits, SolePUMP, BodyTONE, SoleFIT and our Advanced SoleStrength sessions and come join our community of like-minded individuals who are already on their path to achieving their goals in fitness, health and weight loss. SolePT-SP members have access to our full content online, VIP area, nutrition documentation, calorie calculator, workout video library and more… plus one to one support from the team when needed.

ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING FROM £25 PER WEEK…

If yes, we have the solution to the problem, SolePT offers its services to individuals who have never trained before to those who are highly skilled in physical conditioning. All individual abilities are catered for within the facility and all programs are tailored to the client’s specific goals. Your sessions are fully led by your very own Personal Trainer who will guide you through your programs from start to finish. We understand limitations, physical barriers and individual abilities which means we are able to specifically adjust exercises to suit your needs.
SolePT offers a variety of training adaptations for its one to one clients:
- Weight Loss.
- Strength and Conditioning.
- Metabolic Conditioning.
- Functional Training.
- Weight Management.
- Aerobic/Endurance Conditioning.
- Sports Conditioning.
Each personal training session last for 60 minutes in duration, within this time we tailor nutritional programmes to go hand in hand with your training goals. Your training doesn’t end with us when you leave our studio, we make sure you have an exercise plan and nutritional log to complete before your next session to keep you on track and progress towards your chosen goals. You’ll leave SolePT elated after each session and more focused and driven to achieve your long-desired goals. Packages can be tailored to meet the needs of any training programme. SolePT-PT members have access to our full content online, VIP area, nutrition documentation, calorie calculator, workout video library and more, plus your Personal Trainer on board to assist and guide you between sessions for your focus and support.
